Rental Care is built for individual owners and small investors who hold single-family houses — not apartment buildings, and not institutional portfolios. Whether you own two houses or twenty, the working relationship is the same: one number to call, owner authorization before work happens, tenant coordination handled for you, and a record kept property by property so the fourth repair on a house is informed by the first three.

Where Rental Care works
Rental Care covers single-family rentals throughout the greater Tampa Bay area — from South Tampa and New Tampa to Lutz, Land O' Lakes, Wesley Chapel and Southeast Hillsborough. It is not limited to one corridor.
Riverview, and 33578 in particular, is where the most properties are concentrated, which makes grouping visits and responding quickly easiest there. Brandon and Valrico follow. If your houses are spread across the area, say where they are and it gets answered directly rather than guessed at.
